Pascack Porches LLC ("we," "us") is a small, local business run by Jonathan Esposito and Samantha LoDestro. This page explains what information we collect when you contact us, book with us, or ask for a free porch preview, and what we do with it. The short version: we use it to plan and deliver your porch, and we never sell it.

1. What we collect

• Contact details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, and the address where the display goes.
• Order details: the package, install week, add-ons, notes, and how you heard about us.
• Photos of your porch that you text or upload, so we can quote it and make a preview.
• Payment information, which is handled by Square. We see that a payment was made, not your full card number.
• Basic website and ad data, such as pages visited and whether you came from one of our ads. Our site uses the Meta Pixel for this.

2. Where it comes from

You give it to us through our website booking form, a text or call, email, Instagram or Facebook messages, or a Facebook or Instagram lead form (for example, a request for a free porch preview).

3. How we use it

• To answer your questions, send quotes, and create a preview of your porch.
• To schedule, install, and remove your display, and to send invoices and receipts.
• To follow up about your request. If you ask for a preview, we will reach out by text, call, or email about it. Reply STOP to any text and we will not text you again.
• To understand which of our ads and posts actually help people find us.

We may use photo editing and image tools to create your porch preview. Previews are illustrations of a style, not a promise of exact pumpkins.

4. Who we share it with

We never sell or rent your information. We share only what is needed with the services we use to run the business: Square (payments and invoices), Formspree (website forms), Google (email and calendar), Netlify (website hosting), Make (connecting our booking form to our calendar and invoices), and Meta (ads and lead forms). We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

5. Photos of finished porches

We share photos of finished displays only with your permission, and we never show your name, address, or house number. You can withdraw permission any time by texting us.

6. How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as we need them for taxes and bookkeeping. We delete preview requests that did not turn into orders after the season ends, unless you ask us to keep in touch for next year.

7. Your choices

8. Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

9. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
